Deon has worked in the construction industry for over 28 years. He brings a strong work ethic to the table. His construction experience ranges from residential to commercial. He has over 10 years of Crane Industry experience, including acting as a Lift Director, Crane Operator, and Rigger.
Deon proudly served this great country in the United States Navy as an Aviation Support Technician straight out of high school.
Born and raised in Colorado, Deon enjoys his time off working on cars, riding in the mountains on his Harley, camping, fishing and most of all spending his time enjoying his family and 5 grandkids!
He also enjoys helping others by teaching and sharing his knowledge that he has learned over the years to better others and help make the team stronger, as well as bettering himself in the process. He never says no to someone in need of help whether it be fixing something, building something or simply answering a question.
