Dominic Guerrieri is a results-driven safety professional with extensive hands-on experience across construction, steel erection, roofing, and the oil and gas industry. His career began in the field as a roofing project manager and estimator, where he developed strong expertise in project oversight, hazard identification, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance within fast-paced, high-risk environments.
Working directly on complex jobsites has given Dominic a practical understanding of real-world safety challenges. He has experience implementing site-specific safety plans, conducting job hazard analyses (JHAs), coordinating subcontractor compliance, and reinforcing OSHA standards in dynamic field conditions. His background allows him to communicate effectively with crews at every level and develop safety solutions that are both compliant and operationally realistic.
Dominic holds his OSHA 30 certification and has completed EMT training, strengthening his ability to respond to emergencies, assess workplace hazards, and support comprehensive safety programs. He is currently preparing to sit for the Safety Trained Supervisor – Construction (STS-C) examination, reflecting his ongoing commitment to professional development and leadership in construction safety.
